These agreements do not constitute a contractual relationship or any kind of business relationship with Flamingo Island. “The ladies do their own advertising and offer their services as independent contractors. They therefore work exclusively for their own account and have no legal relationship with Flamingo Island. This does not guarantee that sexual services will be provided. The nature and type of sexual services and the amount of remuneration are determined exclusively by agreement between the ladies and the guests. These agreements do not constitute a contractual relationship or a business relationship with Flamingo Island. The ladies work as independent contractors and decide for themselves whether or not to be present and whether or not they wish to advertise with photos.
